Biography:

Prof. Bartoszewicz is a corresponding member of the Polish Academy of Sciences, president of the Lodz Branch of the Academy, and the chairman of the Committee on Automatic Control and Robotics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He served as a representative of Poland in the European Control Association (EUCA), and the chairman of the Scientific Council of the Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements in Warsaw.
