Dr Bin Lu is a Research Fellow at the Australian National University's School of Engineering. He holds a PhD in Renewable Energy and a Master's and a Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering. He is a former senior electrical engineer and has a decade of work experience in electrical systems design and providing consulting services to government and industry. Bin Lu was awarded the 2018 Eureka Prize for Environmental Research with Professor Andrew Blakers and Dr Matthew Stocks at the Australian National University's 100% Renewable Energy Team http://re100.eng.anu.edu.au. His research on 100% renewable energy futures has garnered an audience of 15 million worldwide.

Dr Lei Wang is a "Hundred-Talent Program" Research Fellow, Humboldt Fellow at the College of Energy Engineering, Zhejiang University. His research interests include sustainable waste-to-energy technologies, low-carbon hazardous waste treatment, CO2 sequestration and utilisation in minerals. He received several international awards including the Gold Medal in the International Inventions Exhibition in Geneva. He has published over 100 SCI journal papers in total, including 5 Hot Papers and 21 Highly Cited Papers, and co-edited two book (over 8000 citations with an h-index of 55). He has been selected as the World’s Top 2% Scientist.

Professor Zhu Jizhong is a distinguished scholar in the field of electrical engineering, widely recognized for his pioneering contributions to international standards and academic research. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Electrical Engineering, South China University of Technology. In December 2024, he was elected as a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, further highlighting his international influence and contributions to the field. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Professor Zhu was awarded the IEEE Standards Association's Standards Medallion in December 2024. Professor Zhu is also a fellow of multiple international academic organizations, including IEEE, IET, AAIA, and AIIA, and an honorary member of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering.
